Have to stop doing that, my bank account hates me. My new flexis arrived today! Yes, I treated myself again, lol. I can only use a Large for updos that don't encase all of my hair such as a "Tail's-Up" type dos. I need X-Larges and Megas for twists and Cinna-Buns. My hair is Waist Length, pretty much blunt cut and medium to medium-fine textured. My pony circumfitence is also 3.5" and I find a Medium is perfect for ponies. I hate to order and find out it's the wrong size. I'd originally thought a medium for the pony, and a large or XL for the buns.but now I think maybe a small for the pony? I prefer the medium and XL size styles, unfortunately, but I don't know that I'll grow my hair much longer than it is right now. The hair closer to my scalp is thicker and healthier (I call this post-LHC hair, ha!). My pony circumference is approximately 3.5 inches, perhaps a bit smaller. My hair is just past BCL but has a vicious taper because of the way it grows, and is fine but not particularly slippery.

I am looking for a size for a full ponytail and also one to secure buns and twists. I've gone to the website and checked the sizing but am still uncertain. If it would work out to be too small, I'm sure I wouldn t have a problem selling it on the swap board :p:pĮveryone's hair looks so lovely with these Flexis! I would like to try them too. I think I'll orer a mini in my next order along with another Mega. I suspect a mini from what reading I've been doing. I'm not sure if I need a mini or an XS for braid ends :confused. I just need a Mega for CinnaBuns which is my go to style :rolleyes. I use a Medium Flexi for ponytails and they are perfect. Perhaps my good treatment of my hair has made a difference because I could swear that when I measured it back when I first joined last August, that I got about 2.75"! In any case, I am happy :p I was surprized when I checked it this morning and found it to be almost 3.5" around :)! I had thought it was smaller than that. I had to wait for my hair to dry before I could measure my circumference.

Hi Natalia Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Pretty much any updo that you can do with a hair stick you can use a flexi 8 for, at least that's what I find.

Thanks for the list! lwb i that a lazy wrap? for wrap buns what do you wrap it around before securing? :) but i need mostly the XL or mega for this buns Tailbone length, you can do a french or regular or other style braid down your back held with a flexi,a side frontal braid,a pony ,a braided pony, bunscheck utube for long hair styles with a flexi. I braid it (or sometimes twist it) and fold it several times and put the Flexis on.įolded braids gave me headaches is my flexi too small or do you think im braiding too tight? My hair is at tailbone and I almost always have it up with Flexis. Good to know i have done infinity before but it didnt hold well in the long run any tips? Hairitic what circumference is your pony tail? Maybe I'll reconsider a mega.
